Intellisense - RAFFAR
IntellisenseISI’s RAFFAR system comprises a network of nodes each consisting of a radio unit connected to a submersible flood sensor through a cable of 100ft or more to independently monitor waterway conditions. RAFFAR reports water levels under continuous solar-and-battery power and communicates to nearby nodes via cellular or a 900 MHz wireless mesh digital radio. Data from the entire wireless mesh network of these remote nodes can also be relayed via Iridium satellite using optional gateway units which can include additional weather sensing and imaging capabilities, if required.
